Welcome to Summit Trust.
Kindly be advised that Jochen Eckhoff and Rumana Goolam Mahomed will be attending to the liquidation of Erf 477 Oudtshoorn (Pty) Ltd (In Provisional Liquidation) “ERF”. Furthermore, all communications regarding this estate (progress reports, creditor reports, meeting of creditors) will be done via this online estate profile. You will receive notifications, via email, when we update the estate.
Kindly be advised that ERF was provisionally liquidated on 25 August 2017. Furthermore, The Master of the High Court, Cape Town, appointed Jochen Eckhoff (Summit Trust) and Rumana Goolam Mahomed as Provisional Liquidators of AP on 13 September 2017. Please be advised that it is the duty of the Provisional Liquidators to, inter alia, take control of the company’s assets and not to report on the company’s affairs. The Liquidators will submit a formal creditors report at the second meeting of creditors. Further instructions and information will follow from the Provisional Liquidators if the order is made final on 15 September 2017.
The provisional order of liquidation was made final on 15 September 2017. The Master of the High Court will now convene by notice in the Gazette, a first meeting of the creditors of the estate for the proof of their claims against the estate. The Master shall publish such notice on a date not less than ten days before the date upon which the meeting is to be held and shall in such notice state the time and place at which the meeting is to be held.
The first meeting of creditors was successfully held and closed at The Magistrate’s Court, George, on 10 November 2017 at 09:00. The Liquidators shall, within three months, convene the second meeting of creditors. The purpose of the second meeting of creditors is to prove additional claims against the estate, adopt resolutions and to table a formal creditors, members and contributories report. The time, date and place of the second meeting of creditors and the creditors, members and contributories report will be made available on this website.
The second meeting of creditors will take place at The Magistrate’s Court, George, on 15 December 2017 at 09:00
The second meeting of creditors was successfully held and closed. The liquidators will now proceed in accordance with the section 402 report and creditors directions. The first liquidation and distribution account will be submitted by 10 May 2018.
