Furthermore, all communications regarding this estate (progress reports, creditor reports, meeting of creditors etc) will be done via this online estate profile, the Government Gazette and one or more newspapers circulating in the district in which the company was registered or had its main place of business.
Kindly be advised that Blue Port was provisionally liquidated on 20 September 2018. Furthermore, The Master of the High Court, Cape Town, appointed Jochen Eckhoff (Summit Trust), and Amanda Randall as Provisional Liquidators of Blue Port on 10 October 2018. It is the duty of the Provisional Liquidators to take control of the company’s assets and not to report on the company’s affairs. The Liquidators will submit a formal creditors report at the second meeting of creditors.
Further instructions and information will follow from the Provisional Liquidators if the order is made final on 22 October 2018.
