The provisional order of liquidation was made final on 21 February  2017. The Liquidators will, within a month, convene by notice in the Gazette, a first meeting of creditors and members of the corporation. The Liquidators shall publish such notice on a date not less than ten days before the date upon which the meeting is to be held and shall in such notice state the time and place at which the meeting is to be held. The Liquidators will also make the notice available on this website. 22 Feb 2017.

The first meeting of creditors will take place at The Magistrate’s court, Bellville on 17 March 2017 at 11:00.

When, where and how do I prove my claim

The first meeting of creditors was successfully held and closed. No claims were proven. The liquidator shall, within three months, convene the second meeting of creditors.  The purpose of the second meeting is to prove additional claims against the estate, adopt resolutions and to table a formal creditors and contributories report. The time, date and place of the second meeting of creditors will be made available on this website.

The statutory second meeting of creditors and members, in terms of section 78 and 79 of the Close Corporations Act No 69 of 1984, as amended, will be held before the Magistrate, Bellville, on 5 May 2017 at 11h00.

The second meeting of creditors was successfully held and closed. The liquidators will now proceed in accordance with the liquidators section 79 report and creditors directions.
