Kindly be advised that Jochen Eckhoff and Ankia Van Jaarsveldt will attend to the liquidation of  Tetrafull 1287 CC (In Provisional Liquidation) “Tetrafull”. Furthermore, all communications regarding this estate (progress reports, creditor reports, meeting of creditors) will be done via this online estate profile. If you register to this estate you will receive notifications, via email, when we update the estate.

Kindly be advised that Tetrafull was Provisionally Liquidated on 12 May 2017.  Furthermore, The Master of the High Court, Cape Town, appointed Jochen Eckhoff (Summit Trust) and Ankia Van Jaarsveldt as Liquidators of Tetrafull on 26 June 2017.

The provisional order of liquidation was made final 13 June 2017. The Liquidators will, within a month, convene by notice in the Gazette, a first meeting of the creditors and members of the corporation for, inter alia, the proof of their claims against the corporation. The Liquidators shall publish such notice on a date not less than ten days before the date upon which the meetings is to be held and shall in such notice state the time and place at which the meeting is to be held. The liquidators will also make the notice available on this website.

The first meeting of creditors will take place at The Magistrate’s Court, George, on 21 July 2017 at 09:00.

The first creditors meeting was successfully held and closed on 21 July 2017. The Liquidators shall now proceed to examine the claim(s) that was proven at the first meeting of creditors. The Liquidators shall, within three months, convene the second meeting of creditors.  The purpose of the second meeting of creditors is to prove additional claims against the estate, adopt resolutions and to table a formal creditors report. The time, date and place of the second meeting of creditors and the formal creditors’ report will also be made available on this website.

The second meeting of creditors and members will be held before the Presiding officer, Magistrate’s Court, George, on 25 August 2017 at 9h00.

The second meeting of creditors was successfully held and closed. The liquidators will now proceed in accordance with the section 79 report and creditors directions.  The first liquidation and distribution account will be submitted by 26 December 2017.
