The liquidators are waiting for the Master of the High Court, Cape Town to convene the first meeting of creditors. The liquidators can not proceed with the administration of the estate until after the first meeting of creditors. The only asset in the estate is an old broken down van worth on or about R10,000.00. At this point in time it seems that there will not be a dividend for the creditors and that there is a danger of contribution for proven creditors. 9 Oct 2015
