The liquidation application was issued on  20 May 2015.

The provisional liquidation order was granted on 3 Jun  2015.

The provisional liquidators were appointed on 12 June 2015.

The final liquidation order was granted on 31 Jul 2015.

The liquidators are  waiting for the Master of the High Court, Cape Town to convene  the first meeting of creditors. The liquidators can not proceed with the administration of the estate until after the first meeting of creditors.The only asset in the estate is an old broken down van worth on or about  R10,000.00. At this point in time it seems that there will not be a dividend for the creditors and that there is a danger of contribution for proven creditors. 9 Oct 2015

The Master of the High Court, Cape Town made a mistake with the first meeting of creditors which took place on 19 January 2016. The Master must reconvene the first meeting of creditors. The first meeting of creditors is expected to be advertised on 18 March 2016. 1 Mar 2016

The Master of the High Court, Cape Town has once again convened a first meeting of creditors, which will take place on 19 July 2016.  We trust that this meeting will be done correctly which will allow us to proceed with the liquidation of the company.
